Booger's Blog 4/14/09 - My Best Friend Tom

I’ve had many friends try to hook me up with their friends and people they know, but the best matchmaker I’ve found has been Tom. Yes that’s right, I’m talking about Tom who’s everybody’s friend on MySpace. Looking back on it all since I started at Kiss, Tom’s always been there for me. He’s helped introduce me to girls who live in Jonesboro, Batesville, Blytheville, Paragould, Cherry Valley, Wynne, even Little Rock.

Now some of the girls he’s introduced me to have actually turned out to turn into relationships that last a month, three months, some longer. While I have had my one daters, I have found a couple of girls that I thought about marrying. It was either my fault or theirs that it didn’t last, b/c most of them ended moving off to other states. That must show that I was a really bad boyfriend. I mean one ended up moving off to Florida and marrying a person whom she met through Tom. That kind of upset me, b/c it looked as if Tom had turned his back on me.

He’s shown me older women, who most would call a cougar, and he’s also shown me mom’s, old friends from high school, even a few girls at ASU. I have learned though not to trust Tom, b/c sometimes the pictures he sends me can be quite deceiving.

So take it from me, words of wisdom, personal experiences. Don’t listen to Tom! Maybe actually listen to your friends, but not Tom; he’s not a good matchmaker.
