Miley's little sister, Noah, has found herself at the center of controversy. Many people don't find this outfit appropriate for a 9 year old, what do you think? Would you let your 9 year old wear this? Or do you think it's just a Halloween costume, and people are overreacting?

I do not think it is appropriate. I have an 11 year old and I would not let her wear it even if it was a Halloween costume. |

I think it's fine. Its just a halloween costume. I have a 7 year old and I think it's just fine to be wearing that. They wouldn't make it , if they didnt need to be wearing it. |
